3. When would I be required to enter Voucher Code?

Vouchers code will be sent to our registered users via email when there is promotion. If you receive such emails, please enter before you complete your checkout process to get discounts/promotions.

4. Do you serve my area?

Currently we serve East Malaysia & West Malaysia. We serve overseas buyer base on case to case basis.

5. How fast do you deliver?

Delivery typically in three (3) to five (5) working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday in Malaysia).

6. How much does delivery cost?

West Malaysia – Free Delivery with purchase of any products above RM 999.00
East Malaysia – Free Delivery with purchase of any products above RM 1,599.00

7. What are the delivery hours?

Our delivery hours are usually between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. You can place orders at any time of the day.

8. What does it mean if an item is “out of stock”?

Products that are marked “out of stock” are products that are very popular and frequently sell out on our store. You may e-mail us at [email protected] so that when the stock is available again, you will be the first person that we notify.

9. How do I order?

Select the items to purchase, and click “Add to Cart”. Shopping Cart will be updated with the total products selected, you will need to sign in your account and proceed with the checkout.
After checkout, you are required to make payment using the payment gateway. You will also receive an email from us regarding your order(s), the tracking code is included.

10. How do I check the status of my order?

For every status update, there will be an email being sent to you. Order Received/Processing > Payment Received > Order Completed with tracking number from our logistic company.

11. When will you give me tracking number?

Tracking number will be normally given within one (1) to two (2) working days (exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday in Malaysia) after order was shipped.

12. How do I make a change to my order?

Currently you cannot change an order if it is already placed.

13. What is your cancellation policy?

Once the order is placed, for technical reasons, you cannot cancel an order.

14. How do I report a problem with my order?

15. When will I receive my refund?

Payment will be made within fourteen working (14) days by crediting your credit card.
